Raheem Sterling scored £3.1M mansion to enjoy peace after every game
As he prepares to join Chelsea, Raheem Sterling is in talks to sell his £3.1million Cheshire property to Trent Alexander-Arnold.
According to The Sunday Mirror, Sterling wants to sell his Cheshire estate for £4.5m, which would net him a £1.4m profit after buying it in 2017 and allow him to join Chelsea for £45m.
The 27-year-old lives there with his property developer fiancee Paige Milian and their two young sons.
The property, in a village near Crewe, features five magnificent bedrooms and a wildlife pond in the marshland.
The 7,500-square-foot property has a garage annex with a spare bedroom and an outdoor basketball hoop.
Visitors will see a matte black staircase and grand piano in the hallway after entering. The couple’s kitchen has a large island with trendy red seating, a white marble top, shiny cabinetry, and stone floors.
Sterling’s house lounge is unbelievably comfortable. Premier League footballers typically decorate their homes with grey velvet furniture.
The first bathroom has powerful wall-mounted shower jets and an indigo color scheme. The window-side bath is custom-designed.
The other bathroom has ivory hardwood wall panels and a modern jacuzzi bath in the center.
If he completes the transaction in the coming weeks, it might allow the City forward to depart the Etihad this summer as Chelsea talks continue.
