Keanu Reeves was spotted in downtown Los Angeles sporting a rather rugged look while filming scenes for his new film Outcome.
The 59-year-old actor was seen walking down a sidewalk as production on director Jonah Hill‘s feature film continues in DTLA.
Reeves has been keeping plenty busy, not only with this project but signing on to voice the villainous Shadow in Sonic the Hedgehog 3.
The actor stepped out in a white t-shirt with a gold chain dangling from around his neck as cameras were rolling.
He also wore a light brown work jacket with dark brown collar and cuffs, sporting a shorter haircut and trimmed beard.
He completed his look with dirty dark blue work jeans and brown work boots for the scene where he walked down the sidewalk, followed by many crew members.
Director Jonah Hill was also seen on the set, donning a bright yellow stocking cap and a matching sweater along with khakis and white sneakers.
The film was first announced back in April 2023, when Apple Original Films picking up the project in a competitive bidding war.
Hill not only directs but will also star and produce, while co-writing the screenplay with Ezra Woods.
The story follows a Hollywood star named Reef (Reeves) who must atone for his troubled past when he is extorted with damaging video from his past.
Reeves and Hill star alongside a cast that also includes Matt Bomer, Kaia Gerber, Cameron Diaz, David Spade, Laverne Cox, Susan Lucci and Roy Wood Jr.
Filming began in late March, just after Reeves wrapped the comedy Good Fortune, which Aziz Ansari is writing, directing and starring in.
Hill is producing alongside Matt Dines and Alison Goodwin for his second narrative feature film, after his 2018 debut Mid90s.
Reeves is coming off 2023’s John Wick: Chapter 4, which took in over $440 million at the worldwide box office.
He will also return as John Wick in a small role in the franchise spin-off Ballerina, starring Ana de Armas, which has a June 6, 2025 release date.
The actor is also set to star in an adaptation of the comic book he created entitled BRZRKR, which is in pre-production.
Reeves will also return as the title character in a long-awaited sequel to the 2005 ilm Constantine.
