The training regimen for Gal Gadot’s role in “Wonder Woman” was even more grueling than her time in the army. Going through the process of becoming a superhero can be a grueling and lengthy journey. Gal Gadot’s preparation for her role in Wonder Woman was more challenging than her time in the army. However, when asked about her training for the film, she admitted that it was even more difficult than her time in the army.

Gal Gadot dedicates six hours a day, six months before filming, to her fitness routine. Her workout regimen includes two hours in the gym, two hours doing martial arts, and one and a half to two hours of horseback riding. Initially, Gal thought horseback riding was not a true sport and assumed all you had to do was sit on the horse and let it do the work. However, she quickly learned that the exercise involved in riding is just as challenging as any other workout routine.

The actress utilized her 12 years of dance training to enhance her skills in combat. According to her, the techniques and strikes in martial arts closely resembled those in dance. Moreover, Gal Gadot’s military background proved to be advantageous in her preparation for the role as she already possessed the proficiency in handling firearms and close combat. Despite exhausting practice sessions, the actress maintained a vibrant and positive attitude on set. She exhibited intense concentration during filming but would easily switch to a playful demeanor when the director signaled for a break. Ultimately, Wonder Woman portrayed on screen was a combination of beauty and strength.
