With the X-Men gradually making their way into the MCU, it’ll be interesting to see who will don the role of Wolverine in the MCU. While Deadpool 3 will witness Hugh Jackman reprising his iconic gig, thanks to the multiverse, it’s pretty likely that he’ll not be sticking around for the future, and sooner or later, the MCU might resort to another actor for the gig.
And while it’s hard to imagine anyone except the Aussie bloke as everyone’s favorite hot-tempered Canadian, an AI-generated fan art seeing Keanu Reeves in the role has left fans enticed.

While Keanu Reeves once expressed his interest in donning the Wolverine suit in the MCU, following his age, even the actor understood that it might be too late for that. And even though we might not witness him as the mainline Wolverine in the MCU moving forward, one Reddit user shared an AI fan-art imagining Reeves in the iconic yellow tights of Wolverine.

Unsurprisingly, Reeves appears sublime in the iconic yellow and black suit, proving why he could’ve been the perfect fit for Wolverine after Hugh Jackman if it wasn’t for his age. Even though becoming MCU’s mainline Logan seems out of the cards, this doesn’t necessarily mean there’s no future for him in the Cinematic universe, as there is one character he has shown interest in.

On asked about what Marvel character his 10-year-old self would have loved to play during his appearance on Jimmy Kimmel Live, Keanu Reeves said, “10-year-old Reeves would want to — I think he’d probably want to be Ghost Rider.” Previously played by Nicolas Cage on the big screen, witnessing Reeves being the one to don the leather jacket and play Johnny Blaze in the MCU is something fans have been campaigning for a while. Further following Reeves’ fascination with riding Motorcycles, it’s not hard to see him rocking the part if ever given the chance.
Ghost Rider (2007)
And considering both Reeves and Kevin Feige have shared similar interests in The Matrix Star’s future in the MCU, Ghost Rider is arguably the best alternative for the action star after Wolverine.
But one thing going against the actor’s debut in the MCU currently, is his busy schedule. However, it’s not all doom and gloom for fans waiting to see Reeves in the realm of CBM, as the sequel to Constantine is still in development, and fans will hope it eventually makes it to production.
